Tour Itinerary

• Day 1:   Welcome to Delhi  Railway station our driver will receive You & Proceed to Shimla Hotel. On reaching Shimla Hotel, Check in to the Hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at the Hotel.
• Day 2: Today morning after breakfast, Full day excursion visiting to Kufri, India's one of the best holiday paradise. Kufri is beautifully tucked on an altitude of 2,622 meter, Green Valley, Indira Gandhi Holiday home & fun campus. In evening visit Kali Bari Temple, Scandal Pt. Ridge, Christ church & Mall Road, Lower Bazar , Lakkad Bazar etc (By your own). Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel in Shimla.
• Day 3: Today morning after breakfast check out from the Hotel & drive to Manali . On the way sightseeing which includes:- Sunder Nagar Lake, Mandi, Pandoh Dam, aut tunnel , Hanogi Devi Temple & Vaishno Devi & Kullu. After reaching Manali check in to the Hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at the Hotel.
• Day 4: Today morning after breakfast proceed on a day excursion to the Solang Valley. Enjoy a wide panoramic view of mountains rising far above clouds, which is a sight truly breath-taking. Return back to Manali. Evening free for explore local market. Dinner & overnight in Manali. Note: Since the National Green Tribunal is allowing only limited vehicle to Rohtang pass per day. Rohtang pass will on subject to availability of permit from the SDM Office Manali on the spot with additional cost
• Day 5: Today morning after breakfast, you can enjoy the city tour of Manali including Hadimba Devi Temple, Club House, Van Vihar, Vashisht Bath and Tibetan Monastery. The rest of the day is at leisure to stroll and shop on the mall road. You may also enjoy after dinner walks on the Mall Road under a starlit sky and hearing the silence of nature. Dinner & Overnight in Manali.
• Day 6: Today early morning after breakfast check out from the hotel & the cab will drop you at Delhi  airport / Railway Station. Tour End But Sweet Memories Always Remain Same...

• Minimum Cancellation Charges Rs.-1000/- after ensuring the booking..
• 120 days before sleeper and A/c. passengers 300/- & 400/- + 10% P/hd.
• 90 days before sleeper and A/c. passengers 300/- & 400/- + 15% P/hd.
• 60 days before sleeper and A/c. passengers 300/- & 400/- + 20% P/hd.
• 30 days before sleeper and A/c. passengers 300/- & 400/- + 25% P/hd.
• 10 days before sleeper and A/c. passengers 300/- & 400/- + 40% P/hd.
• 05 days before sleeper and A/c. passengers 300/- & 400/- + 50% P/hd.
• 03 days before sleeper and A/c. passengers 300/- & 400/- + 60% P/hd.
• No refund is allowed if cancellation is made within seventy two (72) hours.

• No cancellation will be accepted over telephone. For cancellation, please produce your money receipt and order form.
• Rooms will be allotted Family wise (3persons) in a double bedded room and 4 persons in triple bed room.
• Accommodation in Hotels will be family wise
• All food (Bed tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Evening snacks and dinner) will be provided except train food.
• Passengers have to bear their collie charges, all entry fees and guide charge.
• Management will not undertake any liability towards any loss/damage of life and properties or any other belongings whatsoever of the tourist, caused by any accident/ theft/ robbery or any other happenings during the tour.
• UP and Dn train fare be sleeper class. For train journey we are entirely dependent on Railway authorities. It is not possible to allot any particular seat (Lower/Middle/ Upper Berths).
• If any tour is cancelled due to climatic conditions, strike, train cancellation or any other circumstances, in that case passengers have to bear to loss 25% of the tour cost.
• If there is any increase in Railway/ Bus Fare/ Air/ Ship Fare the different of the fare is to be borne by the tourist.

Tour Itinerary

• Day 1:  Shimla: On arrival at Shimla Airport/ Railway Station you will be met, assisted and drive to Shimla Hotel. Hotel Check In & After refresh Visit To Shimla was the former summer capital of British India, set amidst the snowcapped Shivalik Mountains, which offers some of the most stunning views of the mighty Himalayas. On arrival at Shimla, check-in to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Shimla Meals : Breakfast and Dinner
• Day 2:  Shimla-Kufri-Shimla: This day after breakfast proceeds for in and around sightseeing of SHIMLA, visit KUFRI, India's one of the best holiday paradise Kufri in Shimla is beautifully tucked on an altitude of 2,622 meter. The place is a tourist hotspot for its awesome scenic and sports activities. Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town – “THE MALL & THE RIDGE” This large open space in the heart of town presents excellent views of the mountain ranges. Shimla's landmarks - the neo- gothic structure of Christ Church and the neo - Tudor library building - are worth seeing. Overnight at hotel. Meals : Breakfast and Dinner
• Day 3:  Shimla-Manali Via Manikaran & Kullu Valley : After breakfast leave for Manali, on the way sight-seeing like Sundernagar lake, Pandoh dam, Vaishno Devi Temple and overnight stay in Manali. Meals : Breakfast and Dinner
• Day 4:  Manali-Rohtang Pass (Up to snow line) : Manali to snow point (Rohtang Pass) and on the way back from snow point visit Solang Valley and overnight stay in Hotel. Meals : Breakfast and Dinner
• Day 5:  Manali Local : After breakfast local sightseeing of Manali “HADIMBA TEMPLE” Built in 1553 with a superbly crafted four tiered pagoda roof, it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway . “CLUB HOUSE” The Club House with its comprehensive facilities that include a roller skating rink, an auditorium, billiards rooms, a library, a bar and restaurant makes wonderful outing for the day.” Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar, and “VASHIST” Well known for its hot springs. There are old temples dedicated to the sage Vashisth and to Lord Rama. Meals : Breakfast and Dinner
• Day 6:  Manali-Chandigarh : After breakfast, Check-out from hotel. Drive to Chandigarh and Drop at Railway station/Airport to catch onwards train/flight. Meals : Breakfast

Cancellation Policy

• Airfare / Train fare / Cruise Fare / Ferry fare - 100% cancellation once ticket is issued.
• 10 days prior to date of event or in case of no-show, 100% retention is payable
• 10-30 Days prior to date of event, 75% retention is payable
• 30-45 days prior to date of event, 50% retention is payable
• 45 Days or prior, service fee of 10% of total package amount is payable
• No refunds in case of early check-out decrease in no. of pax, meals not consumed.

• Skylerk Travels applies exactly the same Hotel/Service provider’s cancellation policy and any refunds applicable will be issued only after Skylerk Travels has received the same from the Hotel/Airline/Service providers.
• Above Itinerary is a suggested itinerary and not a confirmed one as it can be changed by our local transporter.
• We strongly recommend every client to upgrade the hotels as per their choice and star category.
• We are intermediary who book and arrange all services for our client. The services are provided by the service providers such as hotels, airlines etc. for which we do not have control on their quality and you are requested to speak to them directly for any service related issues.
• Please be reminded that all special requests like early check-in, smoking, nonsmoking, views, floors, king, twin, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and same cannot be guaranteed prior.
• The child between 02-03years will not be given any land services.
• GST, Government taxes to be paid extra by the passenger.
• GST/TT will be applicable on above package cost (as per Indian Government Rule).
• We do not provide any porter services.
• All above rates and services are subject to availability and can be changed without prior notice.
• Above rates are not valid in any type of event or exhibitions.
• All transfers and sightseeing are on Seat in coach basis. Extra cost for Private.
• Any delay or cancellation of program due to weather or other reasons will not be eligible for any refund
• Please make sure you follow the timings given by the driver and guide for all the services and transfers. In case you fail to follow the timings, the Driver will leave for which no refund will be given
• Hotels suggested in the itinerary can be changed and will be equivalent or more to the one given to you in terms of price as per the official rate sheet of the hotel.
• The hotel will give the room double or twin as per the availability for which we have no control, the said is between the client and the hotel (bedding type availability)
• We book the room in a certain room type. Any kind of upgrade or downgrade given to the client by the hotel is as a dispute between the hotel and client for which we have no control. Also, any kind of amenities or services not provided by the hotel will be a dispute between the hotel or airline and the client
• We book basic room in the hotel booked by us unless specified the room category.
• Special assistance is subject to approval based on request.
• The above tour cost is calculated as per the current taxes, visa charges and other charges as per the current date. Any change till the time of departure. Any additional cost of such nature will have to be taken care by the client.
• Please note to take care of the visa processing and its time as we will not be responsible for any kind of delays or refusal of visa from the concerned consulate and the cancellation policy of the holiday will be applied.
• Any kind of disputes or refunds will not be verbally accepted. We will require the invoice, slips and requisite document with details to be able to process any refunds
• Any kind of hotel cancellations and no shows will be the responsibility of the client.
• As per our cancellation policy, if there is any extra or additional cancellation policy of airline, cruise, hotels etc. the client will be responsible for the same and have to be paid by the client. There are also some tickets that are 100 percent nonrefundable which is also to be taken care by the client.
• Any form of confirmation in terms of email, verbal with advance payment will be treated as confirmation. We also understand that the client accepts the above terms and conditions before confirming the above holiday.
